Terms & Conditions – The Savoy Farm

Welcome to The Savoy Farm. By making a reservation, accessing our premises, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We request all guests to read these carefully to ensure a pleasant and safe stay.

Reservations & Payments

1. Reservations are confirmed only upon successful payment of the required advance amount.
2. The remaining balance (if any) must be settled during check-in or as instructed at the time of booking.
3. Rates may vary based on season, occupancy, and special events.
4. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Check-In & Check-Out

1. Check-in time: 12:00 PM
2. Check-out time: 11:00 AM
3. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Valid government-issued ID proof is mandatory for all guests.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a partial refund (as per the farm’s policy).
2. No-show or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Guest Conduct

1. Guests are expected to maintain decorum, follow property rules and respect staff and other guests.
2. Any form of misconduct, damage or disturbance may result in penalties or removal from the property without refund.
3. Loud music or gatherings are restricted after 10:00 PM to maintain serenity for all guests.

Property Damage

1. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage to rooms, amenities, furniture or property caused by negligence or misuse.
2. Missing items from the room will be charged at actual replacement cost.

Use of Facilities

1. All amenities (pool, common areas, outdoor spaces, etc.) must be used responsibly and as per posted guidelines.
2. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times—especially near the pool and outdoor areas.
3. The Savoy Farm Stay is not liable for injuries caused by unsafe or careless use of facilities.

Safety & Liability

1. Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The Savoy Farm Stay is not liable for loss, theft or damage to valuables.
2. The farm stay is situated in a natural environment; guests must exercise caution around uneven terrain, animals, insects or natural elements.
3. The property is not liable for accidents, injuries or medical emergencies caused by negligence or failure to follow rules.

Food & Alcohol Policy

1. Outside food may be restricted unless approved by management.
2. Alcohol consumption should be responsible, and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
3. Cooking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

Pets

1. Pets are allowed at additonal charges.
2. If allowed, owners must ensure hygiene and take full responsibility for pet behaviour and damages.

Photography & Media

1. Personal photography is permitted.
2. Commercial photography or videography requires prior permission.
3. The Savoy Farm may use non-identifiable guest images captured during events for promotional purposes unless explicitly declined.

Environmental Responsibility

1. As an eco-conscious farm stay, we request guests to conserve water, minimize waste and avoid littering.
2. Smoking is restricted to designated areas only.

Right to Admission

The Savoy Farm reserves the right to refuse service or admission to anyone engaging in unlawful, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
